To be fast and effective and efficient. What percentile do I fall in terms of the human potential for efficiency?
To be able to see through problems in a genius like way. What percentile do I fall into for my perception?
Warmup ideas:
Emotional processing on stress (5 min)
Workout (5 min)
Meditation (5 min)
Postwork Review:
I was very calm and measured during this work. I also did not take breaks.
Emotional processing, exercise and meditation are quite effective.
Grading:
Efficiency: 65% I think most people would be able to do what I was able to do but I suppose there were more steps than I thought and I was quite efficient at them.
Perception: 70% The task didn’t require insane perception until the very end where I did solve a problem really fast by realizing the problem.
I’m feeling a lot of pressure for not making a huge amount of progress in finishing my funnels and progress in my businesses as a whole. I feel that I need to get much more productive in general and I’m not getting there currently in the working environments I’m in. I perhaps need to spend more time out of the apartment working out and in working spaces that help me focus.
I made a change today by going to one of those working spaces.
Let me process the emotions, then look at the dates strategically.
My tailbone and my neck are in tension and sore, probably from running a 5k yesterday.
I feel my heart is gripped in a vice when I think of the time running out.
I feel scared. I feel a bit of the trapped feeling as well.
I almost feel this hollowness in my heart. Almost the same feeling as feeling unloved and misunderstood.
I’m remembering what I felt last night:
I need to focus on the end goal (for my art coaching its helping people who want to pursue this beautiful masterpiece and feel so alone on this journey)
Those people need me, there is some urgency to get it done immediately
I want to inspire my own artistic journey
I just need to create and let the art be what it wants to be
I also saw this amazing video:
It makes me want to do YouTube again, but I feel overwhelmed.
Now that I think of it, it may be a better fit for my AI consulting business. That is a space that is likely very hot, gets a lot of clicks and views and I don’t have a clear idea or mission on what I want to do.
Now let’s look at timelines:

Today I came up with a new emotional processing tool, finding a way to personify the feelings within me and making friends with them.
The goal is to accept and validate feelings within instead of trying to push them down or quickly process them.
Here are some examples:
Valorant stress and anxiety (fear of being bad/defective, fear of failure) – a little black dragon called Neelu. The tension in my stomach and heart are the dragon’s body my frustration its fire.
The feeling of being overwhelmed by the thought of work – Pedro the Triangle, a pyramid floating in my chest with sharp edges
The desire/pull for attention or to be liked – Lethe the a sort of fast moving air or energy in my chest
These personification, I make friends with them, allow them to be with me while I go about my business.
I also wanted to talk about a really good video I watched.
Some lessons I learned:
Stay consistent
Figure out what you want to be the best at (good enough for others to want to pay you money)
Figure out what comes before the money in terms that is more grounded and more closer to your purpose
Taking the final advice, I wanted to think about it a little more.
I want to make $200,000.
My two goals are:
To help people turn their artistic gifts into masterpieces
Works of art that are honest, emotional, grounded, playful, imaginative, personal, and beautiful
To make companies 10x more valuable
More purposeful, unique, efficient, intentional, innovative processes, brands, culture, products and leaders (consistent and aligned)
The question I want to ask myself is: how would I need to go about my goals in such a way that it would be strange if I didn’t make $200,000?
I feel very tired at the moment, but I’m glad that I’m taking a step back and returning to my fundamentals.
What was the purpose of “Workposts” to begin with? It was a chance to practice being in the higher energies that I tap into with my coaching and plan out my days with it:
You’re in my house
Have patience
Be ok with silence
Take big risks
Today I am feeling into going fast and slow with two main projects.
First project, I want to move fast, with some long stretches of work, which is my YouTube video that I intend on shooting today. Here is the general structure of the video I’m pondering over:
“Shorts shorts short shorts shorts” while holding up different shorts and smiling at the last one with a YT shorts logo
“Ok so today, I’m taking these three viral Youtube Shorts and creating my take on them. My name is Jack and you’re watching episode 12 of the Youtube Challenge.”
“Welcome back to the Youtube Challenge, the challenge where I work through my emotional blocks to find out how to make the Content Creation process fun for myself by posting a new video every single day.”
“A quick update from yesterday, I was feeling very sad and depressed about my progress thus far on YouTube, and today I’m doing a little better. I noticed that in the process of shooting a video every single day, I’ve neglected the rest of my health and my day job and today I returned to the routines and systems that work for me. Like journaling in the morning and planning out my day.”
“One big epiphany I has was that every time I reach for my phone for distraction, I am feeling some intense physical discomfort and that I could feel much better by not picking up the phone but instead physically self soothing myself with stuff like rocking.”
“Well anyway, this video is about the shorts, so lets get into the shorts”
Viral short 1

Viral short 2

“That’s it for today, make sure you like comment and subscribe, peace”
The second project is going to be a slow thing that I chip away at throughout the entire day. Slow and steady wins the race right? This project has to do with a client I have, and I want to get them to an overall perfect state with at least no complaints for a while.
Let’s create a DOD:
Project: Undisclosed Client
Facts:
This project should improve product accuracy and usefulness The deliverables I expect to see are new feature successfully deployed with a 60%+ first try success rate This must be completed by today
Feelings:
When this is done, I will feel in control and confident about the product and customer relationship
Future:
When this is done, I will be able to focus fully on marketing efforts
Last night I was feeling some doubts about my coaching practice and I did some IFS therapy on myself to work through some of the shame and anger I feel around people rejecting my coaching or not seeing its value.
Today, I woke up feeling really tired but now I’m feeling good.
I’m working on stuff of my choosing and I really like it.
I’ve been thinking a lot about my business lately and what the starving crowd and what I want to happen.
I feel like I’ve finally cracked the code a little bit about selling high-ticket clients and expensive products.
So after listening and reading Alex Hormozi for two days here is what I learned:
Charge an obscene amount
Use that amount to create a crazy experience
Solve a really big problem (to create really big value)
I think what really big value I want to create with my coaching is to help people create a masterpiece.
If I was to breakdown Alex Hormozi’s formula for value:
The dream: create an artistic masterpiece – a breakout piece (this will make you a career in this space a breakout piece, you will feel proud of yourself, you will be able to call yourself an artist proudly, this will be the best work you’ve ever created)
The certainty: I am an artist and engineer, I have a lot of experience coaching people through mental blocks, I will give you a guarantee.
The time: 1 year
The effort: without giving up your mental sanity, quitting your job, or disconnecting from family
Value of this offer: 250,000+
10-15%: 25,000 – 37,500
2,083 – 3,125 per month
Three stages:
Explore art
Establish your routine
Create your masterwork
Objections/fears:
I don’t have enough time
I don’t know what I want to do
I have kids
I don’t want to quit my job
I don’t know what other people will like, what if people don’t like it
I had a slower start to the day. I started the day on my phone, waking up a bit early because my new retainer is bothering me when I sleep.
I watched some Valorant, talked to my girlfriend, and now I have a flight in about 3 hours. I want to leave in about 2 hours. I still have to take out the trash, eat up some more food and load the dishwasher.
I did a bit of a workout and I found out a couple of things that help with regaining energy, and gathering chi:
Butt-clenched breathing: sounds a bit weird but it works. Lie down, clench the sphincter muscle (what you use to hold in poop) breath in. Then relax and breathe out. Repeat.
Tummy circles: put the left hand over your stomach, then your right hand over that. Make circles over your stomach in the clockwise direction. Do it lightly. Then put your hands in the same area in your back and repeat.
Extremity exercises: this can be any exercise that works your extremities. For example, doing a dead hang and focusing on clenching really hard with your hands but leaving everything else relaxed, or doing heel raises with the tips of your toes super engaged with everything else relaxed.
Meditation: lie down close your eyes and walk down a staircase while counting to 10. Imagine the smell of wet stone, always puts me in a meditative state really quick for some reason.
Anyway goals for today. Just relax! I want to get all the chores sorted out and just spend the rest of my time relaxing.
I have so many things I sorta want to work on but I feel scattered. Part of the problem is that these new glasses are making me dizzy and I don’t really like them very much.
Here are some of my options:
Figure out how to talk to retirement homes about art coaching
Create art coaching website
Write about social anxiety and process
Process feelings of being a failure
Improve vision
Get better at video editing
Work on my art
Work on my music
Improve my bloating
Work on my sleep
Work on my digestion
Work on skool games
I feel lost and I just gravitate towards anything that has some level of an answer for me.
I feel that maybe there one answer to a lot of things. I strongly believe my bloating is due to stress. And while there are many ways to work on stress, I feel breathing might be one of the most powerful ways to manage stress.
If I focus on breathing, I can also focus on singing as it involves breathwork. I also believe it will make a big difference in my digestion and maybe even social anxiety.
So what if I focus on breathing for stress, bloating, anxiety, and singing. What if I make a video about it, hitting another area as well. What video format do I want to follow?
I think I’ll keep it simple, and follow Beau Miles, one of my favorites.
