Today I feel a bit scattered between cooking and working on multiple things at the same time. I feel the need to create some order or at least some vision for today.
In order to succeed at the project I am currently working on, I need to focus on developing my business, get me into the right headspace of possibility, positivity, fun, innovation, and purpose.
I don’t need to develop anything external (website, logo) but I do need to develop tools and processes to get me into the right headspace.
Here are some original ideas:
7 whys to understand purpose
Write a science fiction story of the role of the clients company in the future, write an origin story to the company
Try to tell the science fiction with the brand, website, ads
Design thinking – how might we solve X problem
What does level 3 look like? What does level 1 and 2 look like?
What problem are we solving for humanity?
What crisis are we pushing the boundaries in?
Mindmap – fill the whiteboard
What games can we play with our employees?
How can we make it fun for our clients?
Here is the main blueprint concept I am working with:
Build the future: create home base to live in
Brand
Mission
Vision
Website
Recruit more people for that future: I need you!
Lead magnet
Work together for the future: we build it together
Today I made some definite progress. Even though I have the exact same feeling of lack of motivation, no interest in working. Wanting to just play games, I felt significantly better, having done spleen chi exercises both before bed and after waking up in the morning. As a result I started working 3 hours earlier than yesterday.
Today, I want to improve upon and refine on the game that I created for myself yesterday.
Firstly, in my walking meditation this morning, some wisdom came to me.
Relaxed > Easy > Fast
This was the wisdom first introduced to me in the book, Born to Run where the author talks about how you run completely relaxed first. Then you make your running more smooth, more efficient. If you are able to make it efficient and relaxed, you WILL be fast.
This is the same thing in Valorant. In your warmups you aren’t instantly trying to one tap everyone. You aren’t trying to do it fast. If you do, you probably are going too fast and the warmup won’t work.
You want to start slow (or even in the Miyagi technique, don’t even follow through with a shot, just track the target). As it becomes easy for you to hit headtaps, then you start to gradually speed up.
I want to implement this in my warmups. First, start off doing intense workout with the aim of expansion. Then focus on some brainteasers (Miyagi, completely relaxed). After a few minutes of that, work on to do list, trying to make my relaxed thinking more efficient and clean. Finally, at the tail end of the warmup, try to go fast. My thoughts are:
5 min physical warmup
2 min brainteasers
5 min todolist
3 min buffer
Then for the actual match, I would like to break it up more often with some deep breathing every 5 minutes, like I do with Valorant between rounds.
I’m feeling a lot of pressure for not making a huge amount of progress in finishing my funnels and progress in my businesses as a whole. I feel that I need to get much more productive in general and I’m not getting there currently in the working environments I’m in. I perhaps need to spend more time out of the apartment working out and in working spaces that help me focus.
I made a change today by going to one of those working spaces.
Let me process the emotions, then look at the dates strategically.
My tailbone and my neck are in tension and sore, probably from running a 5k yesterday.
I feel my heart is gripped in a vice when I think of the time running out.
I feel scared. I feel a bit of the trapped feeling as well.
I almost feel this hollowness in my heart. Almost the same feeling as feeling unloved and misunderstood.
I’m remembering what I felt last night:
I need to focus on the end goal (for my art coaching its helping people who want to pursue this beautiful masterpiece and feel so alone on this journey)
Those people need me, there is some urgency to get it done immediately
I want to inspire my own artistic journey
I just need to create and let the art be what it wants to be
I also saw this amazing video:
It makes me want to do YouTube again, but I feel overwhelmed.
Now that I think of it, it may be a better fit for my AI consulting business. That is a space that is likely very hot, gets a lot of clicks and views and I don’t have a clear idea or mission on what I want to do.
Now let’s look at timelines:
Art Coaching
Start: 7/12 | End: 9/12 | 63 days total

So we are day 26/63 meaning we are 41% through the period, we have 37 days left
Today is kinda busy and I want to focus on fundamentals – clearing out my todo list, getting all the UNIT ONE things crossed off my list, editing my interview with Danuta Hinc etc.
I also want to focus on the thing that I’ve put off for months, setting up my black out curtains. If I can get that set up today, then I will have accomplished something big.
If I’m able to sort out all the fundamentals. Then the next things to focus on for my business are the following:
