Valorant 30: Resetting

Rank got reset yesterday. I am sliding back into gold 1.

I thought about a few things today:

Creating a Valorant learning course syllabus
Focusing on playing the perfect game
Focusing on effort and energy
Focusing on the personal journey I am going on and the lessons I learn about myself
Alex Hormzi approach of making it impossible for you to fail

Lessons I’ve learned about myself so far:

Success means love to me
Anger and rage covers hopelessness and out of control feeling of something that is uncontrollable or difficult
I yell at myself because I’m afraid of failing

Today I want it to be all about Instagram.

I want to do the following:

Put in a good headshot
Rework bio
Create Instagram brand/colors
Add in youtube videos, add brand
Add friends and create offer

Also, I want to spend 20 minutes watching the next part of the coaching session.

Finally, I want to go after the brand and posts in a directed way. I’ll use the syllabus method.

A reminder for the syllabus method:

Create a clear, ambitious, and exciting goal (something to inspire the angels)
Use Alex Hormozi mindset (don’t think about how to achieve it, think about what would make it impossible for you to not achieve it)
Break down those things into 3 steps
If the steps are still too big and nebulous, break those steps into 3 more steps, repeating step 2 and 3

Goal: Create an Instagram page that is able to bring my energy of coaching to all artists, something so clear and powerful it is easy for me to create posts (3 hrs)

Step 1: Develop Brand (1 hr)

Tap into coaching energy, write down ideas
Try looka and other ai brand generators
Develop style guide

Step 2: Ask Questions and Get Answers

Put myself in the mindset of posting videos, posts, etc
Ask questions
Tap into coaching energy, answer questions
Research other similar brands

Step 3: Play Around With Brand

Create templates
Create sample videos and posts
Tap into coaching energy and adjust

Fitness Challenge 2: Increasing Appetite

So I’m most of the way through my second part of my challenge – Week 2: Big appetite (increase hunger throughout day) and I’m having a huge amount of issues.

I try to eat a lot but I don’t seem to be able to find a way to digest the food.

Several things seem to be standing in my way:

Extreme chronic stress
Lack of exercises and energy
Poor sleep

I’m going to do what I always did in these situations of great stress. I’m going to simplify and try to find something very small to focus on. And that thing will be breathing.

Whether or not I feel full, hungry stressed, tired or anxious, I am going to strive to do only one thing. To breathe. I find that breathing has tremendous effects for all the of things I listed above as obstacles standing in my way.

Valorant 24: Looking Forward

I’m thinking ahead to my next goal in Valorant. I think the next step is getting to Ascendant. It is going to take a lot of work just getting back to plat. Here is a VOD review where I got 1 kill the entire game. I reviewed the VOD with my brother’s friend who is a big brained diamond player.

It’s actually interesting, I think I need people who are higher elo but not too much higher because I need someone who can explain a few things, not everything all at once.

Some of the main takeaways from the VOD review on areas I can work on:

Playing off of teammates (using the analogy of treating them as a sky dog / sova drone / skye cabbage)
- Follow them in
- Use them as a distraction and to gather information
- If they die, no biggie, they aren’t worth anything to me dead
- If I cannot trade, I can just fall off
Gather notes on what the enemy patterns are
Think about how they play worked for them in the past rounds
Peek and clear more confidently
Don’t be afraid to make noise and util to clear a site, even if they know I’m there, it’s better than planting with no knowledge of where they are
Use skye binds to peek, don’t waste the util
Any information on someone in the vicinity or at the areas of no control (at the start of the round, or when we give up control) should be treated with extreme caution

Vision Challenge 2: Making Things Easy

So immediately after thinking about the eye challenge post I just wrote, I decided that I’m making things too difficult and over complicated.

I should keep things simple and increase my likelihood of success.

Don’t limit screentime, instead, increase outdoor time and sports
- I love being on the water, go swimming and paddleboarding more
- Take off glasses as much as possible when it would make things easier
Simple simple measurements for eyesight (see video below)
Try drawing stuff from really far away for breaks in between long computer sessions

Current approx eyesight:

about 6cm away from phone for clear vision

100/6 = -16.6 diopters

I didn’t do the powermoves yesterday. Dunno how I’m already so burned out.

Dunno how to find my power or center again.

This is very interesting for me, like the logistics portion for me.

Alibaba is not a marketplace, its a directory of manufacturers
You can send them an RFQ and they can produce your product
Certification used to make something eco friendly
Click hearts on suppliers that look good > Favorites > Select all > Contact Supplier

High quality images
Talk about benefits not features
Use canva for images

Turn off on keywords that are not delivering, put more money into the keywords that are delivering
20-30 per hour for sourcing agent
about 400 for each project
